1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing our website or placing an order with The Wurst Meat Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
- All products are subject to availability
- Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual products
- We reserve the right to limit quantities on any order
4. ONLINE ORDERS AND PICKUP
- All online orders must be picked up in-store at our Saratoga Springs location
- We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time
- Orders must be picked up during store hours: Monday–Saturday 9am–6pm
- You will receive an SMS and email notification when your order is ready for pickup
- Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the ready notification may be subject to cancellation without refund
5. PAYMENT
- We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment processors
- Payment is required in full at the time of order
- All transactions are encrypted and secure
- For monthly subscriptions, recurring payments will be charged automatically on your billing date
6. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Monthly Meat Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellations made after billing has processed will take effect the following month

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins for a full refund
- Once an order has entered preparation we are unable to offer refunds
- If you receive incorrect or damaged products please contact us within 24 hours
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- Monthly subscription refunds are handled on a case by case basis
8. PRODUCT QUALITY
- All products are prepared fresh using high quality USDA-inspected meats
- Products should be refrigerated or frozen upon pickup
- We are not responsible for product quality if not stored properly after pickup
- Consume products by the recommended use-by date
9. SMS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your contact information and opting in you consent to receive:
- Order confirmation and status updates
- Pickup notifications
- Promotional offers and newsletters (if opted in)
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on The Wurst Meat Shop website including logos, images, text, and designs are the property of The Wurst Meat Shop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Wurst Meat Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
